component-specific permissions

For many of the customers where we want to implement builder.io, there is an expectation that it is possible to give editing permissions to individual elements in components. For example, we have a hero banner in which a person with certain permissions can only edit the text, while editing the image is not possible.

The idea is to be able to add such permissions for individual groups, at the level, layer or component.
