Increase Width of "Custom Fields on Left-Side Panel" in Edit Mode

That left side panel area where all the custom fields are...

I hovered over the vertical scrollbar as well as the black editor json windows, but there wasn't an option to increase the width of those sections.

A request I have is to give users the ability to increase the width of those sections so it can make editing large amounts of json/data/other-code a lot easier (a.k.a. more pleasant).

Edit:

I forgot to add that the HTML field type has a very nice "Edit full screen" option. That feature would be nice for the JSON type (especially if the option to increase width of side panel is not offered)
