Sticky Action Bar for Page Model List

Please consider making the selected page action bar sticky while scrolling.

The table header is already sticky, but actions such as Duplicate, Publish, Unpublish, and Unlink are only available in the selected row at the top of the table. When working with a long list of page models, users must scroll back to the top to access these actions.

Keeping the selected row/action bar visible as the user scrolls would make it much easier to manage and duplicate pages without losing their place in the list.
