For CMS data models on Builder, you can currently only manually change the order. There's also the ability to filter by field type, but you can't sort by field types
Talked with our customer rep Gustavo Garcia and it looks like there's no way to hide certain Basic components. We'd like to hide text and button. And there's a bug with overriding core components, so there's no workaround now.

From @ds-chris on the forum. When you pull up Command Palette (or w/e builder calls the CMD+K dialog), and search for a page, it will include all archived pages. I think archived pages should not be included in that search. I don’t see a major use...
