Builder.io Ideas
Some options for Builder blocks (columns, carousel, tabs, text, etc) are hidden behind advanced in the options tab. It would be great to surface these and remove the advanced section so options can be easily accessed.
@steve Aspect ratio for the image and video block, fit content for the video block, all settings for the columns block, responsive settings for the carousel block (use children for slides too, but this is a more complicated use case for the carousel block so maybe not?), and all settings for the tabs block.
So this is by design - if we surfaced advanced options there would be a lot of UI clutter and may lead ppl in directions that are too complicated / hard to use
@maddy can you give some examples of things that are in "show more" but maybe shoudn't be? it'll be easier to take specific options we bury but have learned maybe we shouldn't
