Pricing for small clients (Starter Tier)

There as a big jump from the FREE plan to the Basic plan, both in price and what that price has to offer.

If a website is only hitting 12GB of bandwidth, their only option is to go to a 100GB plan. Which is way too much and a cost that a client will not pay.

So either scalable pricing per limits or a smaller "agency starter" plan would be amazing.
