add SSR preview mode

Sometimes we see major differences between our deployed pages and what is in the visual editor/preview page. I know the VE and preview use a lot of client-side rendering and overrides, and i think the issue is in our SSR vs CSR we are missing some differences while editing that then show up in the live page.

It would be great to have a toggle to only show the server rendered content in the editor or preview page
