Can't run an app from a git repo that requires Git LFS commands

When confronted with a repo that has image files on git LFS, Builder is unable to fetch them.

Response when given the commands to fetch git lfs data:
"I'll run the git lfs commands to fetch the missing data.

I cannot run the git lfs commands due to ACL restrictions. The system is preventing me from executing git lfs fetch --all and git lfs checkout commands.

This means the git LFS data issue cannot be resolved through these tools. You'll need to run these commands manually or through a different method that has the appropriate permissions for git LFS operations."
