Content List

While viewing a content list, if we apply multiple filters, the content is not returned according to the selected filters. As soon as multiple filters are applied, no content is returned even when there are content blocks that match all filters.

Currently it is only possible to filter by "is" comparisons - as a user I should be able to filter by content that "is not" a value similar to how I can set "is not" in content targeting.

Love Builder but the inability to sort content by primary headers (Name, Target, Link Status, Updated, etc.) is sorely lacking. Please consider implementing.
