Expand collapsed layers to show focused element

When an element is clicked in the preview frame, if one of its parents is collapsed the Layers view will not scroll to it.

This makes it hard to find a collapsed elements in the layers tree. Would be cool if the necessary parents expanded back so that the layer is visible again
